About me
I am the caregiver to Gary Clark. who is the NMO patient. Gary has had NMO for 30 years that we can best figure. He was not diagnosed until about4 or 5 years ago. He went with no diagnosis for 10 years and a diagnosis of MS for 15 years before the blood test revealed him positive for NMO. Now Gary is legally blind, but able to see enough to get around. He is pretty much wheelchair bound but does not let that stop him. Gary stays and "works" with me at our art and screen print business behind our house. It has been great since it gives us a little spending money for groceries, Gary has something to do, and I can adjust according to his needs and doctor visits.
