Sign up to view the NMO Patient Session live online!
The Guthy-Jackson Charitable Foundation’s 2009 NMO Patient Session will be available live online and is available for free to all who sign up.
How to add your name to the sign up roster:
1. Send an email with your first and last name to me at: werner@digitalunioncorp.com
2. You will receive an email* from me in response to your request.
*You MUST be registered to view the video feed.
What you will need to do:
To watch the stream, you must first download our software called RT1
To begin using RT1 right away you will need the following:

Mac: version 10.4 or better to download the software

Windows XP SP2 or better (sorry, no official Vista support yet) with an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 1 GB RAM and a dedicated GPU

A pair of headphones plugged into the headphone jack (or an echo-cancellation conferencing microphone)

A web cam (optional)
DOWNLOADING RT1
Go to: www.digitalunioncorp.com/public

Click on the operating system you use and you'll see the application as well as the guide for that system.

Using the links provided, you can download the Zip file app that will contain RT1 for your system.
The process is simple - just download the application, unzip and launch the app. For your convenience we have video walkthroughs of this process located here: www.digitalunioncorp.com/video
Once you have downloaded and installed RT1 you can begin right away by connecting to our public server. Just follow these simple steps:

Start the application RT1 from your Mac dock (where it should be installed to by default), or from the Start Menu on Windows:

The application will open to the 'Log In" tab. In the User Name field, enter your "<FirstName> <LastName>". You do not need a password. Enter the following server address: 204.126.199.45

Example:
User name: [insert your first and last name – separated by a space]
Password: None
Server Address: 204.126.199.45
Hit the "Log In" button below the user name and password field to log in!

Note where FirstName LastName use your first and last name as your user name when you log in - careful, user names and passwords are case and space sensitive. We don't have passwords for accounts by default - once you log in for the first time you can create a password if you desire one.
