You will note that I did not say "alternative" therapies, nor "NMO alternative therapies" as I am referring to the most effective of ALL therapies, regardless of diagnosis.

I believe that the limited effectiveness that some may have experienced with health building strategies is likely due to the haphazard manner of approaching health building. When a patient/doctor team commits to a systematic, scientifically grounded, hierarchical program of building health, informed by a comprehensive history, physical exam and functional diagnostic testing, tremendous strides can be gained in rebuilding normal function.
