I will start with Angellyn today. Yesterday was herappointment with the oral surgeon. After x-rays & a mouth exam, her mouth is not in as bad of shape as the dentist thought it was. There were no cracks or anything seen on the x-rays. He put Angellyn to sleep & pulled the bad molar out, but that was all! We were really surprised. She will follow back up with the dentist to determine if anything else needs to be done. Angellyn was tickled to be able to actually eat real food again.
We have been blessed with wonderful friends & church family. Many have stopped by to see Collin & be with our family. We could never tell you how much it means to us to have this support. We have not had to worry about food, drinks, or anything. We have been able to spend our time with our Super Hero & cherish every second with him. Thank you all so much.
It has been a very tough week for us. However, in true Super Hero fashion, Collin has tried to give us little glimpses to remember. He has fought so hard these past years & we have finally realized he has been doing it for all of us & not for him. He is such a loving, caring little boy & we have been extremely blessed to be his family. His concern through all this is us. He wants us to be ok.
Last night, he told us he was ready to go be with Jesus & Jesus was ready for him. His breathing was really bad & we thought it was time. However, he is still here this morning. He has been awake this morning & was able to give us a little piece of his old self to have in our hearts forever. He is tired, his body is tired, but we know he will be ok. We have all told him it is ok & we will be ok. His will & his spirit are the more amazing of any person I have ever seen. So many things have happened over the last few days as he has shown us the amazing Super Hero he is. We will share them with you in the future.
Int he mean time, we would like to hear any stories you have of him or ways he has inspired your lives . You can post them in his guestbook, you can email them to me at the addy over to the right, or you can post them on the facebook page that has set up called Collin's Quest. We would love to hear how our sweet boy has made a difference.
Thank you all for the prayers, thoughts, love & support.
