Hello to all,
We are moving along with the GJCF NMO Patient Liaison Network after a brief hiatus due to the November Conference and Summit meetings in January and March. We are drafting up forms, new apparel, ideas for fundraising events and much more for the GJCF NMO Ambassador Packet.
The Foundation’s official color for NMO is Green. It has always symbolized to us a vision of growth which is why it has been included in our logo, website and spectrum. The actual RGB colors are as follows but any shade of green will be just fine as well.
R: 111
G: 180

Stay tuned,
Dan

From: h.sowalla@gmail.comSo, yesterday I fell outside while walking my dog. Actually to shorten the story Cali (my dog) and I were attacked by a rooster, which caused me to trip and fall down a set of steps and twist my ankle. I ran to the ER last night to get Xrays and had an appt. with what I call my "foot specialist" today. As it turns out I fractured my ankle :( I have to go for a tri-phase bone scan to see how extensive the damage is, but for now I am stuck in an aircast and have to use my wheelchair or crutches (whichever I can manage, although my balance on crutches is really sucky). I swear if its not one thing going wrong its another! :( But, at least my doc gave me some nice strong pain meds to help with the pain, which is horrible! *sigh*
